Section I: Official Rules and Regulations of Wilds Best Damn Keeper Fantasy Football League

1. Overview: GKMFFL will consist of 1 league, composed of 4 conferences with each conference consisting of 10 Teams/Owners.
The regular season will extend from NFL Week 1 through NFL Week 14 inclusive. Each conference will have playoffs on NFL Week 15 and 16 with interconference playoffs in week 17.

2. Draft: Each conference will hold their Draft separately. You will be notified of your draft date and time.
2024 Drafts will be held Saturday and Sunday August 24th and 25th @ St Mary's Legion.
North at 2pm and East at 5pm Saturday. South at 1:30pm and West at 4:30pm on Sunday.

Each conference will be composed of 10 teams, and each draft will last for 18 rounds, with each team selecting a player in each round in a serpentine fashion (team 1 through team 10, team 10 through team 1, team 1 through team 10 etc.).
There are no rules governing the number of players to be drafted at each position (However you must draft at least 1QB, K, TE and at least 2 RB and 3 WR Plus 1 Team D and 1 IDP OR 2 IDPs and no team D). It is up to the skill and draft strategy of each team owner to decide beyond that

(If no Week One lineup is submitted, the commish will determine your starting line up based on draft. After Week One, if no starting lineup is submitted, your starting lineup will be that of the previous week.)

a. League Management Web Address: You can access your league via the internet by going to http://www.rtsports.com/
You will need your username/password to access the site.

b. Lineup Submission: All lineups may be submitted on the league web site and are due by 8:30 pm ET on Monday. The only exceptions are for players involved in games earlier in the week. All players must be submitted into lineups prior to the scheduled start of the game. No player may be entered into lineup after his game starts.

c. LineUp Phone In: Contact the Commish for phone in line-ups. Call or Text to Chris @814-598-0226

5. Scoring: A player may score from any position on the field in the following manner: Please see the scoring rules posted on the site. NOTE: Offensive players can only score on Offense or Special Teams. Defensive players can only score on Defense or Defensive Special Teams.

6. Free Agents: Any player who is not on a team roster within your division is considered a free agent for that division.

7. Free Agent Acquisitions: Initial waiver order will be determined at the draft by a draw of the cards in reverse order of the standings from the previous year.  Waivers will run on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday @730 pm.  There will be an open period Sunday from 9am to 9pm.  If you pick up a player on Sunday your waiver order will not change.  When you pick someone up from waivers you move to the bottom of the list (#10), and everyone else moves up a spot.  If you don't pick a player up you keep your spot in the order.  ALL adds will cost $2.00.  This list will continue on from week to week with the only changes in the order occurring when someone makes a waiver claim (Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat).  Waivers will run during the playoffs for those still alive for the Finals.  Playoff adds can not be keepers the following year.  If you have been eliminated you can still make player pickups on Sunday from 9am to 9pm.

8. Website Waiver Wire will run at 7:30PM - Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat.

9. Unlimited moves per team may be made on Sunday from 9AM to 9PM. Only players who have not yet played may be added Using the TEAM - Add/Drop link.

9b. IR - to go on IR a player must be Doubtful or worse. Once on IR a player may remain til after playing a full game. Players who come back and are re-injured may stay on IR. Fee for IR moves is $2.50 on and $2.50 to reactivate. On the Team IR link if you don't see the PLUS sign by a players name he doesn't qualify for IR. NOTE - The MINUS sign is for releasing players when re-activating.   

10. Playoff Berths: Top 8 per conference based on standings. Advance by points(per division) top 4 week 15, top 2 week 16.
The top 2 from each division will advance to a 8 way final in week 17. Places 1-8 determined by total points with the tiebreaker player to break all ties.
Top 2 seeds/division get bonus of 12 & 6 points. FIRST  PLAYOFF WEEK ONLY.

12. Prize Breakdown: (estimated based on last years add drop $) 1st place $1970, 2nd place $1000, 3rd place $700, 4th place $500, 5th place $300, 6th place $250, 7th place $200, 8th place $150.
There are 3 special prizes, $100.00 each 1. Highest Total Points (Regular Season) 2. Highest Single Game Score (Regular Season). 3. Most Points scored in playoffs (Teams in Championship - Final 8 - not eligible).

13. Transaction Fees: Every player added to your roster after the draft will cost $2.00. Dropping of players does not incur a transaction fee.

14. IR: $2.50 to go on, $2.50 to reactivate. Once on IR a player may stay there until he completes a game and registers any counting stat besides a snapcount stat.

15. Weekly High Points Winner
Each conference high point weekly winner will receive $10 in weeks 1 – 14. (in the event of a tie, the person who's tie-breaker scores the most points will be the weekly winner)

16. Keeper Rules: 
       Keepers will be 2 per team, however only 1 RB may be used as a keeper.
      
Players drafted in the first 4 rounds may not be keepers.
       Keepers that were drafted move up 3 rounds on This Years board. 
       Players not drafted go on as an 11th round pick. 
       Only 1 undrafted player may be a keeper.
       If both keepers qualify for the same round the one who scored less points moves down 1 round.
       Playoff adds may not be keepers.
     

 
17. Collusion: Collusion will not be tolerated.
       If a player thinks a collusional trade has been made he should immediatly contact the commish.
       If 5 or more players contact the commish, the issue of collusion will be voted on by using the poll feature on site.
       If a majority of players (21) vote that a collusional trade has been made it will be reversed and ""both teams will      a 20  point deduction on that weeks scores BUT only if Games are Played.""
