Tie-Breakers to determine Playoff Teams

Ties will be resolved within a division before breaking ties outside the division. Division winners will be determined before wild-card teams are resolved.
The 1^st tie-breaker is total points scored in the season
The 2^nd tie-breaker, if needed is head-to-head record
The final tie-breaker, if needed is a coin flip conducted by the Commissioner
All playoff teams (2 Division winners and 4 Wild-Card teams) will be seeded according to record.

Empire League adopted

Each year, every team will pay $10 into the “pot”. Each years contribution will add to the previous years total contributions.
To win the “pot”, a RAFFL team needs to win the RAFFL championship for 2 consecutive championships.
This is stated this way just in case something unanticipated occurs and either the NFL does not complete a season, or RAFFL cannot complete the playoff schedule where a championship game is contested for that year.
If, after 7 years have passed, and the “pot” remains unclaimed, the team(s) with the most championships over that 7 year span will claim the “pot”. The “pot” would then begin rebuilding the following year for another 7 year run.
When a RAFFL team is no longer participating in the league. Any Empire League contributions by that team will be refunded to the team Owner.
When a new team enters the RAFFL league, they are required to contribute to the “pot” an amount that would equal other team contributions during that 7 year span.

We need to change the way we nominate players for the auction.

On Tuesday, we operated where the team who wins the bidding for the last player, nominates the next player. The problem that came up was that as teams completed their rosters, the task of trying to remember who the last team (still participating) in the auction was almost guessing game. In future auctions, we will have a defined order to nominate players up for bid. The order will go from last place to Champion based on the previous year's standings.
